Prague Property Claims

One of Legacy's first cases. At this case Legacy was required initially only to locate the property and analyze it's legal status.  Client's family came from a small town in Czech republic.  Client actually was born and  lost her family as a 2 years old child, in the Terezin death camp. 62 years later she came to Legacy offices in Israel, with a complete written agenda about her family life and fortune which was lost during the Holocaust.  It took us several month to check the files in the Czech republic and to find a property in excellent condition, which locals - for a long time live there peacefully. As the procedures in property claim in the Czech republic of today are long and demand high costs when dealing in court with a large group of possessing tenants, client decided to withdrew her case.
